Brickman gloves are entirely made of cow split leather tanned according to a particular heat-resistant recipe. The particular treatment, an exclusive method of the company, guarantees the gloves excellent protection from the highest temperatures, combined with softness and flexibility, makes them indispensable for working in a precise and comfortable way.

MATERIALS
It all begins with the choice of the raw material: the leather.
The material is controlled and mainly tested at our trusted tanneries, so that it complies with the standards that are fundamental to us for the creation of an excellent product.
The selected leather is now ready to arrive at our production site where expert hands prepare it to be worked.
CUT
The hide is placed and stretched out on the working surface of the shearing machine.
Once the mold tools have been positioned by our operators, chosen on the basis of the product to be made, they are pressed and cut using the die-cutter.
It’s time for the “pieces” to pass to the sewing department to be assembled.
SEAM
The central phase of our handicraft production is the stitching.
This delicate procedure is performed by our workers using double needle sewing machines, a particular resistant thread and professional edgers.

turning glove
After sewing, the glove turns inside out.
Another important phase of our production process is the “turning glove”, which is carried out by expert personnel as it requires the right balance of strength and dexterity, an operation that is impossible for a machine to perform
inspection
The production process is finished.
Every single glove is checked for flexibility and softness to make sure it meets the high standards of workmanship.
Once the strict controls have been passed, the glove is paired.

Before reaching the end customer, our products certified in the 3rd Category as PPE devices undergo a final review by our staff because they are obliged to comply with the quality and safety parameters given by current regulations.

Each product is prepared and packaged together with its information note and certification certificate.
In order to be ready for shipment, it is first carefully wrapped and packaged.
